Rosner Law Offices, P.C. was founded by Daniel E. Rosner, an aggressive litigator who had earned a reputation as an innovative and successful trial attorney in Philadelphia before relocating to Cumberland County. He was president of the New Jersey Association for Justice from 2015 to 2016. The firm’s other partner is Edward J. Tucker, a preeminent litigator with 25 years of experience as the managing attorney for Selective Insurance Company of America’s New Jersey Staff Counsel Office, where he handled complex commercial and personal injury cases. Since its inception, our office has quickly grown from its humble beginnings into a prestigious law firm with a reputation for integrity, attention to detail, and vigorous representation of our clients.
