What I Wish I Knew in Law School

Rosner Law Office P.C. attorneys Christopher Weidman and Oliver Barry joined other trial attorneys Victoria Schall, Evan Lide, and David Schmidt in a panel event entitled “What I Wish I Knew In Law School” presented at Rutgers School of Law and presented by the New Jersey Association for Justice. Founding partner and current president of the New Jersey Association for Justice Daniel Rosner spoke to the students briefly before introducing the panel. “You are the next generation of trial lawyers in our state,” Rosner said. “You will be responsible for being the voice and advocate for those who are harmed by the negligence of others.” The panel was moderated by the distinguished Professor Jay Feinman of Rutgers School of Law. Mr. Weidman and Mr. Barry fielded questions from current law students and discussed what the practice of law is really like and their experiences using the law to try to help their clients.
